What Does Giving Tuesday Support?

Our goal this year is to raise $100,000 during Giving Tuesday. You may designate your gift to any of these three meaningful projects:

Annual Fund - This campaign provides financial support to extra curricular activities in the arts, athletics and academics. Help us provide the needs of Model UN, Orchestra, Diverse Learners, Cheerleading, Year Book, AP Research, Guitar, Science Olympiad, Aquatics, Company, Volleyball, Band, Chess, DUB TV, Environmental Science, Spanish, Creative Writing, Math Team, Physics Team and more! Every dollar designated to Annual Fund is committed to funding programs not funded by CPS.

Curtain Call - Last year we raised enough money to replace the old, worn, stained and missing curtains and blinds in every classroom on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the Academic Building and they look beautiful! This year we would like to replace the curtains in the Arts Building.

General Fund - Every year FoWY funds extra school-wide programming as well as requests not anticipated such as Math Center, buses to take the students to see a WY team compete in the City and State Championships, teacher appreciation luncheons, Freshman Connection, Coffee with Kenner and Hot Topics. Help us say "yes" to these and other important school-wide projects.
